ADMISSION FEES – IMPORTANT NOTES

REFUNDING RULES FOR ALL SEMESTER ACROSS ALL STREAMS

1. Fees are non-refundable after 15 days from the commencement of classes, except in cases of medical reasons.

2. If admission is withdrawn before classes begin, fees will be refunded excluding annual fees.

3. 50% of refundable fees will be granted within 15 days of class commencement.

4. In case of expulsion or discontinuation (except health issues), full annual fees shall be charged.

MONTHLY MESS FEE PAYMENT AND REFUNDING RULES

• Monthly Mess fees must be paid within 15 days of each month.
• Mess Fee shall increase by ₹100/- per academic year which is liable to increase further if situation demand.
• Late payment will attract a fine of ₹50 per month.
• Exemption/Refund can be claimed through the Dean of Students Office in case of the reason given below:
a. Training camps, events or programs permitted by the college.
b. Case of Sickness supported by Medical Certificate.
c. Case of late arrival due to Roadblock, Bandh, Death of Family etc.

Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
