Offline Mode :
Admission forms can be obtained from the Admission Office during working hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 Noon
Online Mode :
Applicants may download the Admission Form and Hostel Form (if hostel accommodation is required).
After completing the forms, please send the filled-in forms via WhatsApp, along with scanned copies of the required documents:
